Roots of Intuition & Systems
Our founder Harshajith Umapathy is a Harvard alumnus and has extensive hands-on experience in scaling businesses. He has worked with many established brands like Bharti Airtel, Motorola, Bharat Matrimony, and Hansa C-Equity. He has also handled multiple domains across the business, including marketing, product management, distribution, quality systems (6 sigma), and campaign management.
Harshajith’s exposure to these established brands motivated him to take the plunge and become a catalyst for start-ups and SMEs. He specialises in business strategy, process management and product management. Along with corporate experience, he has also authored books of short stories for children.
Our co-founder Indraneel Chattopadhyay is an avid reader and a business expansion expert. He is a qualified Engineer and an MBA graduate. He has also obtained an LLB degree from the University of Mumbai.
Indraneel has an experience of nearly two decades across Telecom, BFSI and Digital Payments Bank. He has proven leadership skills and has been instrumental in setting up distribution networks for leading companies including start-ups. Indraneel is passionate about mentoring people and nurturing companies. He has been able to execute multiple projects across GSM/LTE and CDMA, M-Commerce, and Renewable Energy companies.
