Our founder Harshajith Umapathy is a Harvard alumnus and has extensive hands-on experience in scaling businesses. He has worked with many established brands like Bharti Airtel, Motorola, Bharat Matrimony, and Hansa C-Equity. He has also handled multiple domains across the business, including marketing, product management, distribution, quality systems (6 sigma), and campaign management.

Harshajith’s exposure to these established brands motivated him to take the plunge and become a catalyst for start-ups and SMEs. He specialises in business strategy, process management and product management. Along with corporate experience, he has also authored books of short stories for children.
